NEVER BE UNPREPARED

Stop starting important calls cold.

You do not need more sales content before a call. You need a few focused minutes to rehearse the conversation you are about to have.

Walk in with contextLoad the buyer, goal, and likely pressure points.
Rehearse the pushbackSpeed-run the objections you are most likely to hear.
Sharpen your responsePractise stronger reframes until they sound like you.

Use the buyer, goal, and likely pressure point to run a short, focused rehearsal, so you go in warmed up and ready to handle the conversation. That is what it means to be Call Ready.

01Roleplay Call

A realistic prospect with a personality, hidden pains and real objections. Run the whole call: open, discover, handle, close.

02Objection Gauntlet

One objection after another: price, timing, authority, competitor. Answer out loud, get coached, take the next hit.

03Reframe Drill

The prospect hands you a limiting frame. Validate, shift the criteria, and redirect without arguing.

04Discovery Practice

Four hidden problems, three layers deep. Only good questions surface them. The debrief shows what you missed.

05Product Quiz

A strict examiner quizzes you on your own product documents and corrects you with the source.

06Focused Replay

Re-run one blown exchange three times, then keep the strongest take.

SHORT ON TIME?

No time for a full workout? Do the warm-up.

You do not need to work through the full library before every call. Load the buyer, speed-run the objections you expect, sharpen one response, and take it straight into the conversation.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions before you warm up?

Bring one real call, practise the difficult part, and leave with one response fresh in your mind.

What does “Call Ready” mean?

Call Ready is the state you reach after a focused warm-up, not the name of a separate product. You have the buyer context loaded, you have rehearsed the likely pushback, and you have a response you can use under pressure.

What happens in a pre-call warm-up?

Add the buyer, your goal, and the objections you expect. Then speed-run the pushback, practise stronger reframes out loud, and use the scorecard to choose one response to take into the real conversation.

How long does a warm-up take?

It is designed to fit into the few minutes before a meeting. Run one focused rehearsal, or repeat the hardest moment until the response feels natural enough to use under pressure.

What does the scorecard actually measure?

It evaluates the practice call using the workout transcript. It shows what worked, which criteria were met or missed, the words that support the feedback, and a stronger response to try. It does not predict the deal outcome or score the real sales call.

What should I bring to the warm-up?

Bring the buyer, the goal for the conversation, and the pressure points or objections you expect. It does not need to be a perfect brief, just enough real context to make the rehearsal specific.

Is the first scorecard free?

Yes. You can complete a focused workout and get your first useful scorecard without entering card details. Decide whether to continue after you have seen the feedback for yourself.

Can I learn from a real call afterwards?

Yes. Paid plans add real-call rehearsals, delivery analysis and Film Room reviews. Use the transcript and scorecard evidence to find the missed moment, then turn it into the next focused practice rep.

What happens to my notes and transcripts?

Your notes, transcripts and outcomes stay in your workspace. They may be processed by service providers, including AI providers, to run the product; they are not sold or used to train The Sales Workout’s own models.

How do team plans work?

Team plans start at five seats. The owner receives one Stripe subscription and invoice, then invites each teammate from Settings. Each person gets a private workspace and their own plan allowance.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes. Paid subscriptions can be cancelled from account settings through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
